• Practical advice and personalized follow-up by email, phone, or video conference.

Article 3 – Prices and payment

• Prices are communicated on a personalized quote and, if applicable, directly on the website.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
• Invoicing occurs at the time of order or upon completion of services, according to the terms specified in the quote.

Article 4 – Withdrawal period

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the consumer client has a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions applicable to services fully performed before the end of this period with their express consent.

Article 5 – Responsibilities

EI Wenceslas Lherault (Living in France Expat) is committed to providing reliable and regularly updated information. However, the information provided is for indicative purposes only and cannot hold it responsible in case of subsequent changes to French laws, regulations, or administrative practices.

Intellectual property

All elements on the Living in France Expat website, including texts, editorial content, advice, support methods, graphics, logos, videos, databases, as well as their formatting, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Living in France Expat or its partners, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution, adaptation, translation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of all or part of the site or its content, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written permission of Vivre en France Expat, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement that may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.
