Article 1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations ofLiving in France Expatand its clients in the context of supporting expatriates in France.
Article 2 – Services offered

Article 3 – Prices and payment
- Prices are communicated on a personalized quote and, if applicable, directly on the website.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
- Invoicing occurs at the time of order or upon completion of services, according to the terms specified in the quote.
Article 4 – Withdrawal period
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the consumer client has a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legal exceptions applicable to services fully performed before the end of this period with their express consent.
